Description
The GIGAOPTO's GTS-L1303-40DC multi-rate 155Mbit/s transceiver module integrates optics and electronics in a Small Form Factor Pluggable (SFP) package for applications in OC3/STM-1 SONET/SDH Network. It supports maximum transmission distance of 40km with 155Mbps data rate over single mode fiber at a wavelength of 1310nm. It is with the SFP 20-pin connector to allow hot plug capability and the optical interface is Duplex LC connector.
The transceiver consists of three sections: a FP laser transmitter, a PIN photodiode integrated with a trans-impedance preamplifier (TIA) and MCU control unit. All modules satisfy class I laser safety requirements.
This SFP OC3-LR1 transceiver is designed to be compliant with SFF-8472 Multi-source Agreement (MSA) and SONET OC-3 LR-1 standard.
