Description

The GIGAOPTO's GT9-S3503-40x series transceivers are high performance, cost effective modules compliant with Gigabit Ethernet and Standard of IEEE-802.3. The transceiver supports data rate of 155Mbps and 40km transmission distance with single mode fiber (SMF), operating at the normal wavelength of Tx1310nm and Rx1550nm. The transmitter section incorporates an advanced FP and driver IC with temperature compensation and automatic power control function. The receiver section incorporates an efficient InGaAs/InP PIN photodiode and transimpedance with AGC for wide dynamic range.

The 1×9 BiDi Transceivers are suitable for Fast Ethernet, SDH STM-1 L-1.1, SONET OC-3 LR-1 and ATM designs at the data rate of 155 Mb/s.
