1.25Gbps 1x9 CWDM 1270nm to 1610nm 40km SMF Transceiver Module LVPECL PECL Duplex SC/ST/FC

Description

The GIGAOPTO's GT9-Cxx12-40x series single-mode 1×9 transceivers are low power, high performance modules supporting up to 1.25Gb/s data rate for duplex optical data communications such as Gigabit Ethernet and Fiber Channel.

This series CWDM 1×9 transceiver module provides 40km transmission distance over single mode fiber. There are 18 center wavelengths available from 1270nm to 1610nm, with each step 20nm.

The transmitter section uses a multiple quantum well WDM DFB laser and is a class 1 laser compliant according to International Safety Standard IEC-60825. The receiver section uses an integrated InGaAs detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header and a limiting post-amplifier IC. A PECL logic interface simplifies interface to the external circuitry.
